1. Where are you guys located and what are your opening hours? Are you open on the weekend?
Flower Power Studio is located at 19 Darion Drive, Flat Bush, Auckland 2019 and
yes we are open all seven days from 8 am to 6.30 pm.
2. Do you deliver outside Auckland?
Yes we can deliver to specific suburban and rural locations outside Auckland. Auckland Metro Standard Delivery Charges are $20 and for suburb and rural pricing will be different depending upon the address.
3. How many stems Standard, Deluxe and Premium bouquets will have.
Standard bouquets will typically have stems between 6 to 9 depending upon the flower quality, variety being used. There could be more stems depending on the seasonal availability of flowers. Deluxe bouquet would normally have 9 to 13 stems and Premium would be somewhere between 13 to 20 stems depending upon flowers and design.
4. Are we able to buy flowers from your store?
Yes you are welcome to drop in and we can customize bouquets for your style and theme.
5. Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes we do but ,depending on address and what time of the day you ordered and stock availability, extra delivery charges may apply.
6. What time will my Delivery get there?
Delivery will be made on the date you have selected on your order. We outsource a fragile floral courier company for our deliveries and we try our best to send flowers to Recipient at your preferred time but we do not guarantee that it will reach at that specific exact time. We have two deliveries: AM (morning) delivery and PM (afternoon) delivery everyday. Please specify in your orders your choice of delivery slot AM/PM. We prioritise business addresses, schools and funerals –all other deliveries Home & Hospital flower deliveries – will be delivered ASAP
7. Can we place an order on the phone?
Yes, you are welcome to call us at 0211240875 to place an order. You may discuss your pick up time, if you have placed an order on our website and wish to pick up your order. If you need a quick answer then pick up the phone and speak directly to our Florists, who will answer the phone.

Providing connect number helps us connect customer to ensure we are able to do the delivery on the day
What happens if there is no one home when the flowers are delivered?
We try to contact the Recipient and let them know about the flower delivery. If we are unable to contact them, we always leave flowers in cool and safe sheltered away from weather and road view as possible
Booking a specific Delivery Time?
You can request and will deliver if possible or as close as possible, we guarantee same day delivery but there is no guarantee that it will be delivered at exact time.

Each of these gifts is individually designed with the trend and the freshest of flowers available,all items shown are all representative of over all style, colour, specific flowers and containers may vary to seasonal and local availability, we can not guarantee this therefore we may need to substitute one or more items.
Are your Flowers Fresh?
Yes, the freshness of blooms is our selling point and we source our flowers thrice weekly.

Do you do urgent deliveries for fresh flowers?
