Booking Terms & Conditions - Flower Power Studio

By booking or attending any workshop, class, consultation, service, or event offered by Flower Power Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

Workshops are suitable for participants aged 15 years and over unless otherwise stated.

Bookings & Payment

All bookings must be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled workshop date. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Your booking will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where a workshop is cancelled by Flower Power Studio. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.

Workshop Materials

Please note that flowers, foliage, and materials used may vary depending on seasonal availability. Flower Power Studio reserves the right to substitute materials of equal value and quality.

Health & Safety

For your safety, appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. Closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required. Jandals or open footwear are not permitted.

Participants are requested not to attend if they are feeling unwell.

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes, including use on the Flower Power Studio website, social media, and marketing materials.

If you do not wish to appear in any photos or recordings, please inform us prior to the workshop.

Liability

By attending any workshop or service, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. Flower Power Studio will not be held responsible for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during attendance, including off-site activities where applicable.

Spaces are limited and bookings are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.
